Herakles Data offers seven options and custom cages for larger installations:

Private Cages

10’ x 10’ – up to 6 – two-post or 4 – four-post racks
10’ x 15’ – up to 9 – two-post or 6 – four post racks
10’ x 20’ – up to 12 – two-post or 8 – four-post racks
15’ x 20’ or larger are custom designed to meet individual customer requirements

Community Cages

Office Space

Herakles Data offers office space for our colocation customers. The eight offices vary in size, but most can accommodate two or more desks, cubicles or other office configurations.

Lab Space

Herakles Data provides computer labs for customers to stage, set-up, configure and test their systems prior to installation on the data center. Each lab is equipped with workbenches and the multiple network and power configurations necessary to configure and test the systems.

Conference Rooms

Herakles Data provides a boardroom and two conference rooms that can be reserved and used by our customers for meetings, customer presentations or any other legitimate business purpose. Each room is equipped with conferencing speakerphone, white boards, projection screens, network access, conference table and chairs. A projector is available for customer use.

Herakles provides tape rotation on a daily, weekly or as needed basis.

Managed Storage

Herakles Data offers a multi-terra byte , Storage Area Networks (SANs) with tape backup at very affordable rates.

Managed Services

Network Monitoring

Herakles Data provides network monitoring to all of our clients at no additional charge. We use HP Open View and Nagios network management systems and will monitor down to the server level.

Included Hands-On Services

Herakles Data Engineers and Technicians provide hands-on support for our clients at no additional charge for such services as:

Reboot a Server
Add a Patch
Change a Tape / Coordinate Off-Site Tape Storage
Swap a Disk

For more complex IT professional services needs, Herakles Data has partners that can be retained to perform diagnostic, maintenance, administration, programming, security, network and just about any other service that may be required. They can be used for one-time work, regularly scheduled work or on an as-needed basis.
