Data center automation
Our commitment to technology has motivated us to implement 21st century cost efficient and consistent facilities management processes. With our state-of-the-art building management system we are able to monitor 18,000 critical sensors located throughout the data center and we are able to manage the facility with minimal human intervention ensuring consistency and reducing the possibility of error.
Security and technical staff on site 24 hours a day, every day
The facility is staffed 24/7/365 to handle all aspects of problem resolution and client services. The data center is monitored and maintained 24/7/365 by on-site, third party professional security personnel and on-site technical personnel.
Customer access 24 hours a day, every day
Since Herakles' personnel are on site at all times, clients have the ability to gain physical access to their equipment 24 hours a day.
Aggressive preventative maintenance program
To maintain optimal performance of mechanical and electrical equipment we entered into preventative maintenance agreements with original equipment manufacturers and highly skilled, licensed electrical contractors who know the equipment best. Experts servicing the equipment on a consistent basis since we began operation in September 2001 is one reason for our outstanding performance.
